Construction teams are completing one floor weekly, with the hotel tower growing 100 meters in height over the past 100 days. The project aims to top off the tower by December 2025.

Key Project Details:

  • 1,542 total rooms and suites planned
  • 1,121 guest rooms (73%) structurally completed
  • 820 rooms undergoing interior fitting
  • 9,100 daily construction workers on site
  • Over 100 concrete trucks delivering materials daily

The resort recently received the first-ever gaming license in the Arab world from the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority (GCGRA). This historic approval positions the UAE as a potential leader in regional gaming liberalization, with Wynn enjoying temporary market exclusivity.

Resort Features:

  • Casino space limited to 4% of total area
  • 15,000-square-meter luxury shopping promenade
  • Five-star spa and salon
  • 7,500-square-meter meetings and events center
  • Theater for entertainment experiences

The UAE casino market is projected to become the world's fourth-largest, potentially generating up to $5 billion in annual gross gaming revenue when fully developed. The strategic location of Wynn Al Marjan Island places it within an eight-hour flight of 96% of the global population, enhancing its accessibility and market potential.
