Snowden, 26, was booked into the Clark County Detention Center and released without requiring court appearance or bond. The arrest occurred after police responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle.

Under Nevada law, a first-time DUI offense can result in up to six months in prison. If blood alcohol concentration exceeds 0.18%, mandatory treatment programs are required.

The linebacker is currently in his second season with the Raiders, having joined their practice squad in December 2023. This season, he's played all 13 games, starting seven, recording 30 tackles and 1.5 sacks.

The arrest raises questions about Snowden's future with the team, particularly given the Raiders' recent history with similar incidents. In 2023, the team released safety Roderic Teamer just one day after his DUI arrest. This followed the tragic 2021 incident involving Henry Ruggs, who is currently serving 3-10 years in prison for a fatal drunk driving accident.

The Raiders organization has not responded to requests for comment, and it remains unclear whether Snowden participated in Wednesday's team walkthrough.
