Live! Casino & Hotel Louisiana is set to open its doors on February 13, 2025, in Bossier City. The $270 million resort represents The Cordish Companies' newest gaming destination.

The 12-story hotel offers 549 renovated rooms and suites, with opening weekend rates starting at $399 per night. Resort amenities include:

• 25,000-square-foot Event Center
• 31-site RV park with full hookups
• 30,000 square feet of dining and entertainment space

Dining options will feature:

• Sports & Social sports bar and restaurant
• Luk Foo Asian restaurant
• The Prime Rib steakhouse

The project transforms the former Diamond Jacks property, which Cordish acquired in April 2023. This opening aims to revitalize the Bossier City/Shreveport gaming market, which has seen declining revenues in recent years, dropping from $667 million in FY2016 to $517.7 million in FY2024.

John Chaszar, executive vice president and general manager, emphasizes the resort's unique position as a premier entertainment destination in the four-state region, offering comprehensive gaming, dining, and entertainment options under one roof.
