Barstool founder Dave Portnoy emphasized the partnership's focus on accessibility, stating that fans can now easily play the lottery directly from their phones through Jackpocket.

The partnership launches with a live-streamed event tonight at 9 p.m. EST, featuring Barstool's Jersey Jerry searching for a winning ticket. Jackpocket content will be integrated with popular Barstool programs, including Pardon My Take and Million Dollaz Worth of Game.

DraftKings acquired Jackpocket in May 2024 for $750 million in cash and stock, strategically expanding into the U.S. lottery vertical. Peter Sullivan, Senior Vice President of Lottery at DraftKings, highlighted the partnership's goal of bringing Jackpocket's lottery experience to more Americans while offering opportunities for fans to win cash and credits.

This collaboration represents a significant expansion of DraftKings' digital gaming portfolio, combining Barstool's entertainment expertise with Jackpocket's lottery technology to enhance the digital lottery experience for users nationwide.
