The maiden voyage departed from Venice, Italy, on a four-day journey to Croatia. This development follows A&K Travel Group's $128 million acquisition of Crystal's vessels, with Crystal Symphony purchased for $25 million and Crystal Serenity for $103 million.

The ships underwent extensive renovations, including suite upgrades and modernized casino facilities designed to reflect Monte-Carlo's prestigious reputation. Crystal Serenity will launch its own Casino de Monte-Carlo on December 18, offering 32 slot machines and three table games.

The partnership was initiated by Italian billionaire Manfredi Lefebvre d'Ovidio, executive chairman of A&K Travel Group and Monaco resident, who has strong ties to the principality. Monaco's government maintains a nearly 60% stake in the original Casino de Monte-Carlo, which opened in 1865.

This venture represents a significant expansion for the Monte-Carlo Casino brand, combining the heritage of Monaco's gaming tradition with luxury cruise experiences. The collaboration aims to deliver upscale entertainment that caters to discerning international travelers, marking a new chapter in maritime gaming history.
