A former poker dealer at JACK Cleveland Casino faces multiple charges for allegedly stealing chips from gaming tables. Jason Saliba, 51, has been charged with 14 counts of violating casino gaming laws and theft, with the total amount stolen estimated at less than $1,000.

The theft was discovered after a casino patron reported suspicious activity on September 6. Surveillance footage review led to Saliba's termination on September 7, with authorities noting multiple thefts occurred within a one-month period.

In a separate incident at the same casino, Ellis Quinn, 62, from Memphis, was arrested for allegedly cheating at craps in July, winning $5,080 by placing late bets after dice rolls. Quinn, previously convicted of casino cheating, was already banned from Ohio and Pennsylvania casinos.

Additionally, Hard Rock Casino Rockford in Illinois reported a parking lot robbery on Thursday, where a woman's purse containing cash was stolen. The suspect fled the scene, and no injuries were reported. Casino security and local police are reviewing surveillance footage to identify the perpetrator.

The Hard Rock Casino stated, "We commend the quick response of our casino security team and the Rockford Police Department. No weapons were involved, and we are confident our advanced technology and collaboration with law enforcement will lead to the suspect's identification."
