The 47-year-old female employee sustained minor injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. The vehicle crashed through a wall into an employee breakroom around 11:30 PM, though other staff members present avoided injury.
Louis Rosario Rodriguez, 41, has been charged with aggravated DUI following the incident. Rodriguez suffered a minor cut near his left eye but was able to exit the vehicle independently.
"All of a sudden, the car came barreling through," Manchester Police Department spokeswoman Heather Hamel told WMUR. "Fortunately, there were no serious injuries."
The casino, which opened in August 2023 as part of a rebranding of several New Hampshire gaming properties, remained operational on Tuesday despite the damage. Workers boarded up the affected areas Monday morning, though repair cost estimates have not been released.
The facility, owned by New Hampshire Group (NHG), combines a DraftKings sportsbook with dining and entertainment spaces. It was previously known as Filotimo casino before the recent reorganization that created the Revo Casino and Social House brand.
