The iconic Chippendales male dance revue is relocating to the Linq Hotel on the Las Vegas Strip after a 22-year run at the Rio. The move marks their return to the Caesars Entertainment family, with performances starting January 14, 2024, at Mat Franco's theater.

During their tenure at the Rio, which began in 2001, the troupe sold over 1 million tickets and performed approximately 9,000 shows. The move follows Dreamscape Companies' complete takeover of Rio operations in October 2023, after purchasing the property from Caesars Entertainment in December 2019 for $516.3 million.

The relocation comes amid recent developments within the organization. In October 2023, the Vegas Chippendales announced unionization efforts, citing concerns over wages and lack of health benefits. The Actor's Equity Association has filed an Unfair Labor Practices complaint with the National Labor Relations Board, alleging retaliation against dancers involved in unionization efforts.

The new venue at the Linq's Mat Franco Theater offers an increased capacity of 575 seats, compared to the Rio's 400-seat theater. Shows will run Tuesday through Sunday at 9 p.m., with additional 11 p.m. performances on Fridays and Saturdays. Tickets are available through Ticketmaster.com, ranging from $57.96 to $117.95.

Chippendales, which pioneered the all-male dance revue format for female audiences in 1979, continues to be a landmark Las Vegas entertainment attraction, known for their signature bow ties and high-energy performances.
